After you’ve met with your design consultant and have chosen to work with Infinity on your window replacement project, our work to bring your new, custom-made windows to your home begins!
Your Infinity from Marvin project manager will visit your home at your scheduled time to custom measure your windows, confirm your project specifications, and answer any additional questions you may have. This appointment typically takes about 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of your project.
Once measurements and details are confirmed, our project team reviews your order. Unless there are changes to review with you, your order will be placed.
Your new windows will be built in our manufacturing facilities here in the United States, specifically for your home and to your specifications. As your order is being built, we’ll continue to provide updates and answer your questions.
Once we know when your new windows will arrive in our warehouse, we’ll schedule your installation. Our team will arrive promptly at your confirmed time to begin on your job. We will take care of your home while we work, clean up when we finish, and your old windows will be hauled away.
Following installation, we will schedule a walkthrough of your home to make sure your new windows are working smoothly, and all work is completed to your satisfaction.
Infinity from Marvin – Cleveland covers your new windows with a Lifetime Service & Installation Warranty on top of your Limited Lifetime Product Warranty. That means that if service is ever needed on your windows, you will simply call us.
