Thinking about window replacement can be a confusing and time-consuming process, but Infinity from Marvin - Columbus is committed to helping you make the process easy, from the first time you contact us to after your replacement project is complete.
We believe that the decision to replace your windows should only be made once, so we will help you select the perfect windows that meet your needs, compliment your home's character, and deliver performance that will last a lifetime.
Window replacement is the perfect time to think about enhancing your home's functionality and aesthetics, inside and outside. Your Infinity from Marvin design consultant will provide a thorough consultation, working to understand what is important to you in your new windows. Options that suit your needs will be presented to you, we will explain each option, and answer all of your questions - never with any pressure. In fact, we encourage you to meet with and compare Infinity to other home window replacement companies.
In preparation of meeting with your Infinity design consultant, here are some questions to consider:
Poor energy efficiency and windows not operating correctly are examples of typical problems that lead to replacing windows. The recommendations we make for your new windows may be impacted by the problems you are currently experiencing.
Since your project cost will be affected by how many windows you'll be replacing, you may opt to replace your home windows in phases. Whether you will be upgrading your entire home or only replacing one window, we will discuss options for your project.
You may want to take advantage of the opportunity to change the aesthetics of your home with a different window style, finish, color, or other features that enhance the functionality of your windows.
Only Infinity windows are made from our proprietary Ultrex® fiberglass. Ultrex is eight times stronger than vinyl and resists fading, warping, and other weathering that vinyl windows are prone to. Infinity Windows are custom built for your home for a perfect fit that will be as tight in 10 years as it is the day of installation. Plus, Infinity windows are installed by certified Infinity replacement window installers.
After you've chosen to work with Infinity on your home window replacement project, we will begin the work to bring your new, custom-made windows to your home!
We will schedule a short appointment (typically 30-60 minutes, depending on project size) with you for your project manager to custom measure your windows, answer any additional questions you may have, and finally confirm your projects specification.
After your new window measurements and details are confirmed, our project team reviews your order. If there are any changes to be made, these will be discussed with you before your order is placed.
Your new Infinity replacement windows will be built specifically for your home in our manufacturing facilities right here in the United States. We will provide updates while your windows are being built.
Before your new windows arrive in our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule installation. Our Columbus window installation team will arrive on your confirmed date and time to begin replacing your windows. Your home will be taken care of while we work, we will clean up when we're finished, and we will haul away your old windows.
After your replacement window installation is complete, we will schedule a final walkthrough of your home. During the walkthrough we will make sure all work is completed to your satisfaction and that your new windows are working smoothly.
Your windows will be covered by the Infinity from Marvin – Columbus Lifetime Service & Installation Warranty and a Limited Lifetime Product Warranty. If the need for service arises in the future, simply call us. We will be here.
