Lifetime Installation and Service Warranty

Infinity^® windows and doors are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the manufacturer, Infinity Windows, Inc. As an authorized retailer of Infinity Windows, Inc., Infinity Retail, LLC is pleased to offer an industry-leading Lifetime Installation and Service Warranty. This Lifetime Service Warranty and the Accidental Glass Breakage Supplement applies to the original purchaser and owner-occupant of the residence in which Infinity brand windows or doors have been installed by Infinity Retail, LLC, and is not transferable.

Installation Services

Infinity Retail, LLC warrants its installation of the Infinity-brand windows or doors will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you report a verified installation defect resulting in damage to your Infinity windows or doors, Infinity Retail, LLC will, at its option, correct the installation or refund the installation fees associated with such window or door. Damage to other building materials or components, and finishing or refinishing of other building materials or components is not covered.

Product Warranty Service

If you report a verified warranty claim under the manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, and the manufacturer offers to repair or replace the affected Infinity brand window or door, Infinity Retail, LLC will provide the service and labor necessary to accomplish such repair or replacement. Repair, finishing, and refinishing of surrounding surfaces, building components, or areas are not included.

Accidental Glass Breakage Supplement

Infinity Retail, LLC offers complimentary replacement of accidentally broken glass in up to five (5) Infinity brand windows or doors.

Disclaimers

This Service Warranty is the only warranty, written or oral, express or implied, provided by Infinity Retail, LLC. No employee or agent of Infinity Retail, LLC nor any third party, may create or assume any other liability, obligation, or responsibility on its behalf. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. Any implied warranty which cannot be disclaimed under applicable law will be limited in duration to the shortest permissible term and, in any event, will not exceed the term of the applicable express limited warranty; the requirements for presenting any claim so affected will be as provided in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. THIS SERVICE WARRANTY IS NOT A PRODUCT WARRANTY OR WARRANTY OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE.

Limitations

IN NO EVENT WILL INFINITY RETAIL, LLC (OR ITS PARENT OR AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL INFINITY RETAIL, LLC (OR ITS PARENT’S OR AFFILIATES’) LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE SERVICE. The limitations of warranty and liability set forth herein shall survive and apply, even if the exclusive remedy set forth in this Limited Warranty is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

All claims are subject to verification by Infinity Retail, LLC. If a claim is determined by Infinity Retail, LLC to be outside the scope of this Service Warranty, then standard service fees may apply.
