In 1948, Joseph Kratt recognized the growing demand for new homes in La Crosse. With businesses booming and veterans returning home, Kratt Lumber was established to meet this need. From the beginning, Kratt Lumber has been a family-owned business, offering local advice, competitive prices, and top-quality products.
In 1979, Richard Kratt made Kratt Lumber the area’s first Marvin window dealer. When Infinity from Marvin was introduced, Michael Kratt seamlessly continued the tradition of providing and promoting the Marvin Family of Brands. Today, Infinity from Marvin is a leading choice in the replacement window market.
For the past decade, Kratt Lumber has been proudly owned by Mark and Eric Torgerud. The company remains committed to offering Infinity from Marvin windows to customers, continuing on a legacy of excellence and community service.
